People on Reddit makes it sound like refunds are super easy. Every weekly sale there is usually 2-3 people that bought a game a day or so before and say that they got Sony to refund them. I don't know how accurate it is, but as long as the game hasn't been started and was bought within the previous 5 days, they say you can be refunded apparently.
